We are looking for call center executives in Noida Sector
- 16 location.

A Call Center Representative is in charge of answering customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. They handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.

i. Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner by following the standard script for uniformity.

ii. Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.

iii. Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller’s request, including follow-ups with escalation team.

iv. Recommend improvements for systems and processes to boost organizational efficiency.

v. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

vi. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

vii. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.

viii. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets (Avg. Talk time, Staffing, Hold Time).

ix. Flexible to work in shifts 24x7 & ready to extend the working hours in case of emergency (Supply Outages).

x. Must be available to work some holidays and weekends.
- **Desired Qualification & Agent Skills**:
i. Excellent communication & listening skills English & Hindi & Punjabi (Speaking).

ii. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

iii. Basic computer skills, MS office, Excel, Outlook

iv. Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

v. Typing speed 35 WPM with 95% accuracy

vi. Atleast 6 months experience in inbound call center

vii. Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.

**Salary**: As per the market standards.
