Sales Generation:

- Identify and target potential clients in the travel and tourism sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to individual and corporate clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries, provide information about travel destinations, and offer personalized travel solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales.
- Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging travel destinations.
- Analyse market conditions and provide feedback to the management team for business development.
- Coordination and Support:

- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
- Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns related to their travel plans.

Reporting:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 6 Month to 2 years of proven sales experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and travel-related services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹10,249.56 - ₹35,093.39 per month
