- Roles and Responsibilities:_
We are Looking for profile who has got experience into sales and marketing. and majorly got exposure in working with a BPO /KPO/ Technology solutions sectors, like selling products solutions and services to Banking and financial services companies.
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of **3** years of experience in sales or marketing is required
**Responsibilities**
- Achieves objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies.
- Prepares and completes the marketing action plan.
- Strong account management experience are a must, selling an IT solutions/Products is must.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Ability to make cold calls and generate leads.
- Build sales funnels and work out a strategy and action plan to achieve sales number.
- Have worked on Targets.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
