Require smart, intelligent, and hardworking Frontoffice+ Administration Executive to perform the day to day frontoffice & admin functions for office in basheer bagh, Hyderabad.
Experience with MS Office, Internet and fast typing speed is required.
The key responsibilities on a day to day basis will include:
- Vendor Management
- Facility Management
- Liaising with clients, vendors and business associates.
- Internet research
- Reports Preparation
- Managing front office
- Handle all incoming calls.
- Maintain and check all the correspondences.
- Maintain the registers at the reception like attendances, couriers, housekeeping, security etc.,
- Facilities management for meetings
- Coordinate with different departments and ensure that all the requirements are fulfilled.
- Prepare reports and submit them accordingly.
- House keeping & stationery supplies managing.
- General office administration
- A presentable and pleasing personality
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu (Both Written and Spoken for English)
- Well organized and highly motivated, well
- planned, creative and has the initiative to achieve company goals
- Self-driven, resourceful, and has the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, multi-tasking.
- Excellent knowledge of all MS Office Packages.
- Fast typing speed.
- Can work in Basheer bagh office from 10Am - 7Pm.
