- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the front desk area, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: [10th/12th pass or Graduation] (specify as per your need).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [English/Telugu/Hindi Mandatory - specify languages].
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Previous experience in front office or receptionist role preferred.
