**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable footwear options.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Manage billing, handle cash/UPI/card transactions, and maintain accuracy.
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement in the store.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges politely and effectively.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock and reporting shortages.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Prior retail sales experience (preferably in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems.
- Customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Presentable personality and professional grooming.

**Work Schedule**
- Store Timings: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Weekly Off: As per store roster

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
