We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right footwear, ensure a pleasant shopping experience, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable footwear options.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Manage billing, handle cash/UPI/card transactions, and maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement in the store.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges politely and effectively.
  • Support inventory management by tracking stock and reporting shortages.
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
  • Prior retail sales experience (preferably in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems.
  • Customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
  • Presentable personality and professional grooming.

Work Schedule

  • Store Timings: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Weekly Off: As per store roster

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹11,000.00 per month
