**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for prompt issue resolution.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the BPO industry.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- Ability to work in **rotational shifts** (including night shifts).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
