**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly resourceful and adaptable **Executive Operations Coordinator** to work directly with the CEO/CFO. This role is not a routine administrative position; it is a dynamic seat next to the CEO/CFO, ensuring execution of tasks across recruitment, international operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Work side-by-side with the CEO/CFO**, ensuring directions are executed accurately, on time, and with measurable results.
- **Manage day-to-day priorities across multiple programs, businesses, and countries**, keeping everything aligned with executive goals.
- **Oversee executive calendar management**, aligning local and **global calendars** and ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, travel, and commitments.
- **Act as the executive’s gatekeeper**, managing access, prioritizing communications, and ensuring only high-value matters reach the CEO/CFO.
- Serve as the **first point of contact for follow-ups, clarifications, and coordination between teams** (after initial 3-month onboarding).
- **Prepare, review, and finalize documents, contracts, presentations, and communications**, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- **Lead pre-meetings and negotiations**, including drafting and pre-finalizing agreements before CEO/CFO review.
- Conduct **research on assigned topics**, generate insights, and assign tasks to appropriate departments, ensuring follow-ups and completion.
- **Design growth plans, workflows, and processes** across business units, then execute within approved budgets.
- **Keep executives updated daily**—filtering noise, prioritizing information, and highlighting only what requires top-level attention.
- **Identify operational problems early, propose solutions, and execute upon approval**, minimizing CEO intervention.
- **Handle confidential and sensitive information** with absolute discretion and integrity.
- Execute all delegated tasks with **initiative, common sense, and independent judgment**, not just blind following.
- **Track deadlines, monitor deliverables, and enforce accountability** across departments and external partners.
- Leverage **technology tools** (Google Workspace, CRM/ATS, project trackers, automation) to streamline execution and maintain visibility.
- **Proactively anticipate needs** of the CEO/CFO and resolve issues before they escalate.
- **Adapt to all types of tasks**—ranging from high-level business operations and negotiations to hands-on special projects.
- **Represent the CEO/CFO in meetings**, seminars, and presentations during in-country visits or when delegated.
- Act as a **mini-CEO in execution**, ensuring business objectives move forward smoothly, while keeping the CEO free to focus on vision and strategy.

**Reporting Structure**
- Reports **directly to the CEO/CFO**.
- Works in coordination with senior managers, department heads, and external partners.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
