**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Manage admission forms, student records, and documentation
- Assist in scheduling classes and coordinating with trainers
- Maintain office filing system and correspondence
- Support administrative and day-to-day office operations
- Ensure a professional and welcoming reception environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in front desk/admin work will be an advantage
