Jr. Store Keeper

**Job Summary**:
The Junior Store Keeper supports the efficient operation of the store/warehouse by assisting in the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials and supplies. This role ensures accurate inventory records, safe material handling, and timely material availability to support production and other departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming materials, verify quantity and quality against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Assist in proper storage of materials using FIFO/FEFO principles and ensure safe handling.
- Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain accurate documentation.
- Update stock records in ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Tally, etc.).
- Perform regular physical stock checks and participate in periodic audits.
- Label materials properly for easy identification and traceability.
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and QA departments for material needs.
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses to the supervisor promptly.
- Help monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages or excesses.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role in the manufacturing industry.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with SAP systems or inventory software is an advantage.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials when required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety standards in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
