**Who are you?**

As a ServiceNow Implementation Expert, you are someone who has:

- Hands-on functional knowledge of implementing ServiceNow’s CSM and ITSM modules.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies etc.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and data exports.
- Onboard colleagues and customers onto ServiceNow platform by having clear knowledge sharing and onboarding plans.
- Provide training to colleagues and customers to start using ServiceNow platform.

**We are looking for the below technical skills**:

- 6+ Years of Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Installations, Development, Troubleshooting.
- Experience in configuring out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
- Good experience with JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS.
- Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform features, new releases, and industry best practices.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of ITIL and Agile framework
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
