Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Consultant

Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Chennai (Remote/Hybrid - as per client project needs)

Position Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled ServiceNow professionals to join our expert talent pool, supporting our client's global ServiceNow practice. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless digital workflows and transformation for top-tier BFSI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and develop custom ServiceNow modules and workflows for various business functions.
  • Lead enterprise implementations, integrations, and upgrades on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and global teams to deliver innovative ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, or GRC projects.
  • Identify and translate customer requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support best-practice adoption.
  • Ensure platform security, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow new releases, features, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and support.
  • Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, etc.).
  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator); CIS or relevant implementation specialist certifications preferred.
  • Strong scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and integration (REST/SOAP APIs, MID server) skills.
  • Proven experience working with major enterprise clients, ideally in BFSI.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience with process automation, AI integrations, and custom app development on ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
