Job Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, develop, and implement both baseline and custom applications. The ideal candidate will provide architectural input and ensure platform stability while adhering to development standards. This role is for a ServiceNow Elite Partner specializing in ITSM and ITOM implementations with a global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on ServiceNow implementations and upgrade projects.

Customize and manage core applications such as Service Requests, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.

Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), Service Portal, and Integration Hub.

Develop and integrate REST/SOAP Web Services and AppEngine Studio solutions.

Administer ServiceNow instances, including group/user maintenance, ACLs, UI Actions, and Catalog Items.

Follow ServiceNow Best Practices and stay updated with the latest features.

REST Integration

CMDB Knowledge (Preferred)

Customer Service Management (CSM) & Virtual Agent

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Web Technologies: Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP

ServiceNow Orchestration & Automation Workflow

Relational Databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle)

Industry Experience: Healthcare, Public Sector, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing
