
Executive Assistant

Reports To: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as requested by senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, and represent the executives in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile information to support decision-making and project management initiatives.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity, ensuring proper handling and protection of sensitive documents and communications.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information and documents.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity within the executive office.
