**Position**: Business Growth Executive

**Salary**: ₹30,000 CTC + Minimum ₹25,000 Incentives at least
**Location**: Sector 18, Gurgaon
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
**Experience**: Fresher to 1 Year
**Education**: Undergraduate or Graduate

**Key Requirements**:

- Must have excellent English fluency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be confident, presentable, and capable of handling client interactions professionally.
- Quick learning ability and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment is essential.
- Open to both undergraduates and graduates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively present and explain company services in a clear and convincing manner.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support business growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and performance goals.
- Maintain proper records of communication and follow-up activities.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time, in-office position based in Sector 18, Gurgaon.
- Five-day working structure with performance-based growth opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
