**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the OT before surgery, ensuring all instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterilized and ready.
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operative procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and condition before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques to prevent infections.
- Handle and manage surgical instruments, sponges, and sutures.
- Document nursing care and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital protocol.
- Support in post-operative care and patient recovery within the OT and recovery rooms.
- Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration/license.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as an OT Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Sound knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and OT protocols.
