**Responsibilities**:

- Assist surgeons during operations by preparing and handling instruments, sutures, and supplies.
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operation theatre (OT).
- Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and arranged before procedures.
- Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of instruments, sponges, and supplies before, during, and after surgery.
- Collaborate with doctors, anesthetists, and OT staff for smooth surgical procedures.
- Follow hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Nursing qualification (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in Nursing).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrub Nurse in a multispeciality hospital.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and OT procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and attentive in high-pressure surgical situations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
