**Job Title**: Operation Theatre Staff

The Operation Theatre (OT) Staff plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of the operation theatre within a healthcare facility. They are responsible for assisting surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients before, during, and after surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Assist Surgeons**: Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures by handing them instruments, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- **Prepare Operation Theatre**: Ensure that the operation theatre is properly set up and equipped for surgeries, including sterilizing instruments, arranging surgical tools, and preparing patients for surgery.
- **Maintain Sterile Environment**: Maintain a sterile environment in the operation theatre by adhering to strict infection control protocols, including wearing sterile attire, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness.
- **Monitor Patient Safety**: Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery to ensure their safety and well-being, including checking vital signs, positioning patients correctly, and responding to any emergencies or complications.
- **Assist Anesthesiologists**: Assist anesthesiologists in administering anesthesia to patients, monitoring anesthesia levels during surgery, and ensuring patients' comfort and safety throughout the surgical procedure.
- **Handle Surgical Equipment**: Handle and maintain surgical equipment and instruments, including cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing them after each use.
- **Communicate Effectively**: Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure efficient coordination and patient care during surgical procedures.
- **Adhere to Safety Protocols**: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to minimize risks and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- **Assist in Patient Transfer**: Assist in transferring patients to and from the operation theatre, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation.
- **Documentation and Record-keeping**: Maintain accurate documentation and records related to surgical procedures, patient care, and inventory management within the operation theatre.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
