**Job Overview**:
As an Operation Theatre Male Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the operation theatre. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing technical support to the surgical team, maintaining and sterilizing surgical equipment, and ensuring a sterile and safe environment within the operation theatre.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Preoperative Setup**:

- Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries by ensuring cleanliness, sterilization, and availability of required equipment.
- Set up surgical instruments, machines, and other necessary devices as per the surgeon's requirements.

**Sterilization of Equipment**:

- Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies to meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Monitor and control the sterilization process to ensure compliance with protocols.

**Assisting Surgical Team**:

- Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures by providing the necessary instruments and equipment.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide prompt assistance.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Identify and report any malfunctioning equipment for timely repair or replacement.

**Patient Care**:

- Assist in positioning and preparing patients for surgery, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Provide support in transferring patients to and from the operation theatre.

**Infection Control**:

- Strictly adhere to infection control protocols to minimize the risk of infections within the operation theatre.
- Follow aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment.

**Emergency Response**:

- Be prepared to respond quickly and effectively in case of emergency situations during surgeries.
- Familiarity with emergency protocols and equipment.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, equipment usage, and sterilization processes.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and complies with regulatory standards.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists, to ensure seamless coordination in the operation theatre.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month
