**What We'll Bring**:
Advisor, Short-Term Lending Solutions - Platform Owner is responsible for TransUnion’s Short-Term Lending (STL) product platform, FactorTrust, and requires exceptional product and program management capabilities. You will lead platform strategy formulation and execute strategic programs which support platform capabilities that serve our Factor Trust solution, the STL industry and Consumer Lending vertical at TransUnion.

This role owns and executes implementation of the platform roadmap, including gathering stakeholder requirements, as well as engaging vertical and Solutions leadership.

**Dynamics of the Role**:
You will help evolve fundamental capabilities to create a market-leading STL platform that will enable implementation of growth solutions. You will define the framework, based on the market’s current and future needs, to fill in any platform capability gaps needed for success. You will develop and appraise new platform ideas to determine their potential to address customer needs and to achieve high revenue growth. You will also manage strategic relationships with key industry partners that enable Credit Risk Solutions to fulfill its mission.

This role will contribute to all phases of the development life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace, working closely with FactorTrust focused colleagues, Product Development, Operations, cross-functional support, and other go-to-market teams.

**Overall Responsibility**:

- Owns and drives execution of LendProtect platform roadmap; develops business cases and rationale for enhancements
- Definition and monitoring processes for all platform KPIs
- Customer boarding, set-up and management processes
- Data furnishing processes, quality monitoring and processes for remediation and continuous improvement
- The FactorTrust credit and attributes databases, including all dependent operational processes
- Scoring framework/attributes
- ApproveData (Batch platform) and associated operational processes and monitoring to drive the continuous improvement
- Subject Selection and all related processes including file merge and split processes
- Helps to capture VOC and applies design thinking principles to understand their problems and needs; works with product development teams and Global Technology writing comprehensive platform epics and defines solution intent and high-level capabilities
- Participates in Agile development ceremonies, drives PI Objectives and Release content via prioritized Features and Enablers
- Works closely with the product manager to monitor and analyze platform KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses and opportunities in any part of product delivery
- Manages overall platform health including the backlog, ongoing platform support and platform sunset strategies.
- Contributes to the overall revenue performance
