**Required**:

- **Minimum 3 years proven experience into Product Owner role.**
- **Deep Understanding of Agile/Scaled Agile Framework.**
- **Program Increment Planning**
- **Must have thorough understanding on Project/Issue Tracking tools like Jira,Rally.**
**- Product Backlog - Update/Grooming**
- **User Story writing**
- **Detailed Understanding on Microservices and deployment Architecture**
- **CI/CD Process understanding**
- **Release Management understanding**
- **Stakeholder Management**
- **UI/UX experience**
- **Strong development background Java/Bigdata/ Microservices**

**Good to Have**:

- **Understanding on Design Thinking Principles**
- **CSPO((Certified scrum Product Owner) preferred.**
- **Good expereince in Project Mangement (Gantt Charts)**
- **Understanding on Big data Stack, Hadoop clusters, Kubernetes**
- **From Datascience/Analytics domain**
