Assistant Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibility:
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as motivating staff to achieve
sales targets.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager.
- Client Meetings & Sales closure.
- To nurture inbound leads to potential prospects.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring
they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members & peers to develop their skills.
- Competition Mapping.
- Can Relocate when company needed that.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasing personality
- High on energy and confidence level
- Go-getter attitude
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Excellent questioning and probing knowledge and skills
Having 3-5 years of experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
