**Job Description: Construction Field Sales Executive**

**Position Overview**:
The Construction Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of construction-related products or services by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves fieldwork, engaging with clients at construction sites, offices, and other relevant locations to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and company goals.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients through cold calls, site visits, and networking.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, builders, and architects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge & Demonstration**:

- Understand the company's product/service offerings and convey benefits to clients.
- Provide demonstrations, technical advice, and recommendations to customers.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Gather customer feedback to improve offerings and stay competitive.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and client updates to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and contracts.
- **Field Operations**:

- Visit construction sites and offices to understand client needs and project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper installation (if applicable) of products.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 2+ years in field sales, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications (optional but advantageous).
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Comfortable working in outdoor and site-based environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
