- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction sector.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- _**Client Relationship Management**:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and project managers.
- Provide consultative support, offering tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Address client queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- _**Sales Process Management**:_
- Prepare and submit detailed quotations, tenders, and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into actual sales.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- _**Market Analysis**:_
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and new construction techniques/products.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to management.
- **Qualifications**:*_
**- BE/ME IN CIVIL ENGINEERING**
- Proven experience (3-4years) in sales with in the construction industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, including construction products, services, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
