Experience: Min 2 - 3 years experience in real estate or construction industry as sales executive or similar profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Skills required:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Profile Introduction:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the construction industry. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales deals within the construction sector. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of construction products and services.

Profile Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and prospect potential clients within the construction industry through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to expand the client base.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our company's construction products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the advantages of our offerings and addressing any concerns or objections.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes while maximizing revenue for the company.
- **Sales Reporting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and sales pipelines, using CRM software.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing, product development, and customer service departments, to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
