**Logistics Coordinator Chemistry**

**POSITION PURPOSE**:
To execute outbound Plant Logistics operations for CP & ES.

Execute the value chain excellence projects related to logistics which helps to optimize overall logistics cost and improve customer experience.

Ensuring adherence to compliance, HSE guidelines

Ensure timely supply from plant to warehouse and direct dispatches, return management along with shipping schedule and prepare delivery documents.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordination with Plant Management, Planning, Sales and Marketing, Quality, CKA, CU Logistics team along with Head office for timely supply of finished goods( Stock transfer, direct dispatches, returns, demo/sample/promo inputs dispatches).
- Perfect Order Management comprises Order Accuracy, Billing Accuracy, OTIF, On-Time Delivery & coordination with Procurement for improved Cost to Serve.
- Responsible for effective transportation management to ensure timely availability of vehicles, safe and on-time delivery and adherence of safety guidelines.
- Support for optimum utilization of Logistics Budget and monitor the cost regularly.
- Responsible for timely communication, claims, documentation and closing-off any Stock losses or damages during transportation and sales return reconciliation at plant.
- Support and monitor ageing of stocks and proactively co-ordinate with Category Managers & CU management for faster liquidation and to minimize the write offs
- Responsible for on-time vendor payments ,MIS & Audit Management.
- Execution of transport Agreements, GST & Statutory Compliances for transportation & support in Exports.
- Value Chain Excellence
- Execution of digital innovations in logistics ( Transport Management Solution, Last Mile Visibility etc.)

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Graduation, Diploma/Post Graduation in Materials Management will be preferred.
- 4-6 years of Experience in plant Warehouse Logistics in Agri Industries will be added advantages
- Hands on experience in working on SAP (SD & MM Module)
- Good Inter-personal, people management, Collaboration, communication and analytical skills.
