**Position description**

**Education and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or logistics.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**

**Purchasing and Material Management**:

- Process purchase orders (POs) for raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and material usage.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with transportation providers to arrange timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Oversee the loading, unloading, and transportation of goods, ensuring efficient operations.
- Manage and coordinate the work of laborers involved in material handling and logistics activities.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the logistics process.

Pay: ₹20,676.96 - ₹31,799.88 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
