**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate and track shipments**: Ensure on-time delivery of goods, from point of origin to final destination, through effective communication with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
- **Maintain shipping and delivery records**: Record all shipping information, including carrier details, freight costs, and shipment statuses.
- **Negotiate shipping rates**: Collaborate with carriers to secure the best transportation rates while ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- **Resolve logístical problems**: Address issues such as delivery delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in shipments.
- **Communicate with internal teams**: Liaise with sales, customer service, and warehouse staff to ensure a smooth flow of information and goods.
- **Prepare logistics reports**: Track key logistics metrics and prepare regular reports to present to management.
- **Compliance management**: Ensure that all shipments comply with local and international shipping regulations, including customs clearance and documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,454.37 - ₹40,325.18 per month
