This is a permanent work from home opportunity. There is a fixed time and it's a night shift.

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Review and proofread translated content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to grammatical and linguistic standards.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients during night hours, ensuring a high standard of communication and positively representing the company.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including writers, editors, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and understanding of translation requirements.
- Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and trends to enhance the quality and relevance of translations.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standard of translation accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate with team members and clients to address any questions or concerns related to translations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a translator, with a strong portfolio of previous translation work.
- Proficient in using translation tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality translations.
- Ability to follow the script line from the outbound caller to the Spanish translator
- Willingness to work during night hours and handle outbound calling responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
