Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Process Specialist

Location: Noida

Industry: US Banking Process

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring excellent customer experiences.

2. Translate and interpret communications, documents, and meetings as required.

3. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently in both Spanish and English.

4. Prepare and maintain customer support materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance for Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

5. Assist in process management, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute optimizations.

6. Prepare and present performance and process improvement reports.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for processes in both Spanish and English.

8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish (minimum B2 level) and English is mandatory.
- Experience:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO environment (preferably in a bilingual process).
- Experience in process or project management is an advantage.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.

Selection Process

1. Bilingual Screening Round (Language and communication assessment).

2. Spanish Interview Round (Fluency, comprehension, and communication in Spanish).

3. English Interview Round (Face-to-face at the office).

4. Versant Test for Spanish and English proficiency.

Salary & Benefits
- Compensation: ₹70,000 CTC.
- Process Type: US Banking Process.
