Due to growth, we are looking to add a new member to our team in Hindustan Park. We are looking for a fresh graduate who is looking to start their career

As a customer care executive,

**Your job responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:

- Promptly addressing all customer queries from all sources ( whatsapp, phone, social media, etc)
- Calling customers to convert sales ( including scheduled video calls by customers)
- Checking stock availability and close orders
- To process website orders and sort them by type ( cod or paid)
- Sending payment details to customers and tallying the payments once made
- Process all orders by order numbers and work with packing team to ensure shipments are ready to dispatch
- Booking courier and generating shipping labels, sending the shipping/tracking info to customers
- Dealing with customer returns
- Daily take stock (tally physical with online)
- Entering customer data onto excel and making sure they are upto date
- Regularly visit store to keep yourself updated on product and price

You must be local, and able to commute to work easily.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Golpark, Kolkata - 700029, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
