**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 1 year experience.
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam is a must

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Checking and reporting all issues received through the help center from the campus.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure prompt responses and resolutions.
- Ensuring timely clearance of all issues.
- Tracking and reporting any pending issues, with escalations as necessary.
- Efficiently maintaining and updating the Help Center Notion board with the latest statuses

**Working Hours**:
Morning 9.30 AM - 12.00PM and Evening 5.00 PM - 8.00PM

**Location** : Kerala

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
