e are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to nurture and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The CRO will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our services. You will work to resolve customers' queries, promote client retention, and ensure client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention.
- Address client concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues to maximize satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing information and support.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Assist in developing client retention strategies and support sales efforts by identifying new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Educate clients on our products and services and guide them on how to utilize them effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and anticipate their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Officer, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
