JOB Location : Pallikkal Bazar, Malappuram

**Job Description - Customer Relationship Executive **:

- Collection of leads through various marketing methods.
- Contacting the leads generated by marketing team over phone or messaging.
- Addition of the genuine leads to CRM.
- Documentation
- Supporting the branches in closing of sales and support for all of their enquiries.
- Follow up of the leads, closing the sales, identifying new potential sales pocket and associates, Documenting the reason and status in case of missed leads.
- Assisting the Marketing as well as Administration Department as per the requirement.
- Coordinating with branches / franchises on behalf of the company for passing information, creation of reports or other administration activities.
- Creating informational content for marketing team and following up the responses.
- Participating and arranging sessions / presentation / meetings for business development.
- Contacting keynote people and communicating with agents/dealers/projects.
- Submitting detailed daily / weekly / monthly reports and work status.

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
