- Develop, review and update key documentation within the EMS
- Undertake aspect and impact assessments
- Determine environmental legislation and other compliance requirements and assessing its applicability to the business, ensure compliance
- Develop operational manuals specifying compliance requirements
- Monitor performance (qualitative and quantitative) against compliance requirements, and sustainability objectives and targets
- Organize regular review meetings according to the Group EMS Monitoring process including the timely delivery of minutes of these calls
- Develop, review, update and deliver EMS related training materials
- Organize the local internal and external audit process in compliance with the Group audit framework
- Conduct internal audits for ‘other’ countries/regions to ensure independence and objectivity of the internal audit programme
- Manage the non-conformance register for the assigned country
- Deliver the Management Review in collaboration with the local EMS Lead for discussion and approval by the local Sustainability Board.

**Primary Skills**:

- Experience minimum 2 years in EHS role
- ISO 140001 maintaining or implementing experience is must
- Internal or lead auditor qualification and experience in ISO14001, 50001 and or 45001
- Shall be client focused, with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with limited direct supervision
- Experience of maintaining management systems outside of India would be advantageous

**Secondary Skills**:
- Additional experience and/or qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety to ISO45001 and Energy Management Systems to ISO50001 would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Overseas / International exposure
