Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective EHS strategies across our global logistics network.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into business processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving a safety-first culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EHS policies, frameworks, and standards in line with global and local regulations.
  • Establish safety KPIs and benchmarks for warehouses, transport fleet, and distribution hubs.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives and environmental management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee internal and external EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • 15+ years of EHS experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry.
  • Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / Lead Auditor - ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of implementing large-scale safety programs and achieving measurable improvements.
