JOB DETAILS Roles and Responsibilities:Overall functioning of HR Compliance and EHS management throughout the multiple factory premise.Safety and security of the factory in terms of security staff deployment, Fire safety arrangements, Shop floor operations.Attending internal/External Audits with HR and EHS compliance management.Maintaining Social and Labour compliance with Environment, Health and Safety documentation for buyers audits like SMETA, BSCI, SA8000 social audits and Quality audits for ISO 9001 & 14001.Able to liason with government officer for technical parameters in EHS with pollution control board (PCB), Fire & Safety auditor from Department of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH).Should manage all activities like training, medical, drills as per DISH requirement.Should obtain and timely renewals of licenses under Safety and file returns as per schedule.Monitoring the work permits and other activities in campus to ensure safe working. Ensuring the safe manufacturing process in co-ordination with Operation head and Production Manager to ensure accident free site.Regular inspection of Fire pump room, Service block, ETP, LPG banks and STP.Conducting risk analysis and ensuring the proper solution to avoid the risk & hazard.Inspection of machines, lifting tools and other equipment to ensure the compliance and safe working.Checking of firefighting and detection system to ensure the proper working.Ensuring the safety induction of workers in co-ordination with Operation head and Production Manager.Contributing to departmental goals.
