**Executive/Personal Assistant -**
**Job description**:
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Administrative Support
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing Executive Calendar, including setting up meetings and scheduling appointments.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records and personal matters at the highest level.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Coordinate with travel arrangements including travel tickets booking.
- Maintain various records and documents for company
**Executive Assistant Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal skills
Experience:
- 2- 3 years
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
