- **Negotiating sales**: Negotiating and closing sales deals
- **Staying current**: Staying updated on market trends and property values
- **Reporting**: Preparing and submitting regular sales reports
- **Collaborating**: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
- **Networking**: Attending networking events and seminars to build connections
- **Establishing a customer base**: Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base
- **Listening to clients**: Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately
- **Organizing site visits**: Organizing site visits for prospective customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
