**About Us **:Raksha Realty is a dynamic and innovative real estate firm dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team to market and sell residential projects in coimbatore.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads for real estate projects.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with the telesales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead engagement and follow-up.
- **Client Engagement**: Coordinate site visits with clients, engage them throughout the process, and deliver detailed property presentations.
- **Sales Negotiations**: Address client objections and negotiate terms to close deals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales visits, site visits, and weekly/monthly performance.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- **Client Support**: Assist clients with documentation for property registration and home loan processes.
- **Broker Network**: Onboard professional brokers and real estate consultants to expand the sales network.
- **Marketing Execution**: Plan and execute marketing activities across online, offline, and field channels to generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in real estate sales
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and results-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
