Job Title: Business Development Executive - Sourcing Location: Gurugram Key Responsibilities**:Sales Opportunity Development: Utilize networking, relationship building, and outdoor activities to establish and cultivate sales opportunities. ** Market Exploration: Conduct area mapping, cold calling, and proactive prospecting to identify potential clients and business prospects. **Database Management and Lead Generation: Build and maintain a comprehensive corporate database, taking ownership of lead generation and overseeing the deal closure process with the necessary documentation. ** Business Volume Acceleration: Identify potential opportunities to accelerate business volume and contribute to the overall growth strategy. **Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. ** Sales Forecasting: Proactively forecast corporate sales in terms of both numbers and revenue, enabling strategic planning and resource allocation. **Client Acquisition and Business Growth: Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new corporate clients and fostering the growth of business from existing corporate clients through effective relationship-building and account management. ** Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and offerings to identify opportunities for improvement and anticipate new requirements. **Interstate Travel: Be open to traveling interstate for corporate meetings as required. Qualifications and Skills**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. **Proven experience in corporate sales with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets. ** Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills. **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ** Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
