**Job Summary**:
The Sales Head will lead the sales team and be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to analyze and adapt to market trends.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
- **Revenue Generation**:
- Drive new business development initiatives and identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and take corrective actions as necessary.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Address customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust as needed.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage the sales budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a similar senior sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

**Work Environment**:

- Standard business hours apply, with additional hours as needed to meet sales targets and deadlines.
