About The Role:

As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and growing our business in the assigned region for modern trade. Your primary responsibility will be to manage key modern trade accounts, drive sales, and build strong relationships with these customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key modern trade accounts, developing strategies to grow sales, and maintaining strong relationships with these customers.">
  • Sales Growth: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue in the modern trade segment.">
  • Product Availability: You will ensure that all products are available in modern trade accounts, meeting customer demands and preferences.">
  • Negotiation and Pricing: You will negotiate and finalize pricing and terms with modern trade partners to ensure long-term business growth.">
  • KPI Tracking: You will track and analyze KPIs at the store level, including Filtrate, PO Volume, Customer Satisfaction Matrix, and ROI of distributors.">
  • Distributor Management: You will oversee distributor management, ensuring timely execution of launches, promotions, and activation plans across modern trade stores.">
  • Competition Benchmarking: You will conduct market research to identify competitors' strengths and weaknesses, informing business decisions and strategies.">
  • Spend Management: You will optimize spend management to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize returns on investment.">
  • Chain-Specific Approach: You will develop and implement format-specific strategies to enhance visibility and push volume in modern trade channels.">
  • Sales Return Management: You will manage sales returns, minimizing losses and optimizing revenue generation.">
  • People Management: You will lead and motivate a team of professionals, creating a healthy work environment and fostering collaboration.">
  • Expense Tracking: You will monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in the region, reporting to senior management as needed.">

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and distribution (MT) in the FMCG industry.">
  • In-depth knowledge of the business, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.">

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.">
  • Team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.">
