Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Modern Trade sales strategy and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Modern Trade channel.
  • Plan and manage portfolio growth initiatives, assortment planning, launch planning, and execution of Joint Business Plans.
  • Monitor performance and take corrective actions to ensure goals are met.
  • Negotiate favorable annual trading and logistic contracts with key partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Manage accounts receivable and oversee debt collection efforts.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain smooth operations across the Modern Trade channel.
  • Lead a large team of professionals across the Modern Trade channel and collaborate with Sales Management on market visits and local initiatives.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to achieve desired business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
