About the Role:

- Communicate with corporate whistle-blowers in English or Hindi.
- Transcribe conversations from recorded audio to English and create a report in English.
- Any other work assignments given by the Superior.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English and a high focus on the quality of output is essential.
- Self-starter, ability to work in a start-up environment, should be comfortable learning to use new software, creative bent of mind is an added plus.
- Patience, good listening, a positive attitude, adaptability, and empathy.
- Good Hindi speaking.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of international voice experience.
- Minimum 1-year of customer service experience.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Proficiency in Language:

- English (Both speaking and writing)
- Hindi (Speaking).

Office Timing:
10.00 pm to 9.00 am (Rotational off)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
