**Job description**

We are looking for intelligent, quality-conscious, self-motivated individuals with a flair for writing. The creation of e-learning courses requires understanding the topic, conceptualizing, writing a script, storyboarding, and giving form to your concepts using rapid authoring tools.

Requisite training shall be provided on all the tools to be used to create engaging e-learning content.

**Responsibilities**:

- For creating e-learning content - research, understand diverse topics, and write a script that communicates the idea in relatable language, with efficient phrases. Not long-winded sentences.
- Proofread and correct grammar, attention to detail, along the big picture view are both required for this profile
- Translate concepts to visuals, using simple drag-and-drop animation software, for which training shall be provided
- Communicate with corporate whistle-blowers, as required
- Transcribe conversations from recorded audio to English and create a report in English.
- Any other work assignments given by the Superior.

**Proficiency in Language**:

- English (Good spoken and written English and comprehension is critical)
- Hindi (Speaking).

**Experience**:

- Minimum 6 months of international voice experience.
- Minimum 1-year of customer service experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification - Graduation in any stream

**Timings**:
Night Shifts: 10.00 pm to 9.00 am (4 nights) a week, Rotational Off.

This is **not** a remote working position

**Job Location**:
Wagle Estate, Thane West.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

- English very well (required)
