**Job Title: French Language Customer Service Representative (Voice - Travel Process)**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Position Summary**:
As a **French Language Customer Service Representative** in the **Travel Process** team, you will be responsible for assisting French-speaking customers with their travel-related inquiries. You will need to provide top-notch support through voice-based communication in French, ensuring that customer issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls in French, addressing travel-related inquiries, bookings, cancellations, refunds, and other travel concerns.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information on travel policies, services, and products.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Handle all inquiries in French, ensuring proper and clear communication.
- Ensure all required documentation and tickets are processed accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines while providing exceptional service.
- Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and have two rotational off days.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Language Requirement**: Proficiency in French - **B2 level certification** is mandatory.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry. Fresh graduates with a B2 certification are also welcome to apply.
- **Education**: A graduate degree (any field) is required.
- **Work Schedule**: Ability to work in rotational US shifts (including night shifts) and flexible availability for weekends/holidays.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must be comfortable working in a voice-based environment.
- Ability to travel to and from work as per company policy.
- Should be an **immediate joiner**.
- Must have all necessary documents in place for employment.
