**Key Responsibilities**
- **Provide prompt and accurate solutions** related to our products and services.
- **Ensure customer satisfaction** by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently.
- **Collaborate with internal teams** to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- **Maintain accurate records** of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Proactively follow up** to ensure issue resolution and improve customer experience.
- **Stay updated** with company offerings, policies, and industry trends.
- **Meet and exceed performance metrics**, including response time and resolution rate.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in customer service, customer success, or a similar role.
- **Communication**:Excellent spoken and written English** skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- **Mindset**: Proactive, customer-centric, and a team player.
- **Work Ethic**: Willingness to work from the office (Baner, Pune) **5 days a week**.
