**Qualifications**: Graduate / Undergraduate / Combination of both, however for Undergraduate minimum 12 th pass

**Previous role related experience**: 6 to 8 month of experience Customer interface role

Service Industry Experience Telecom / Banking / D2H/ Insurance/

**STRATEGIC INTENT**:
To attend and resolve customer Enquiry requests and complaints in timely manner and as per process with quality being the prime focus.

**Major purpose of the job**:
2. Ensure and facilitate effective cross functional interaction to ensure that subscriber issues are resolved end to end and avoid recurrence of issues by the service partner

3. Provide pertinent information on VOC and subscriber pain points to reduce customer inconvenience through policy and process improvements.

4. Also look at opportunities for reducing escalations, improving FTR, Executive Productivity and SLAs by suggesting Process improvements

5. Should be good in English communication and should have knowledge of excel word at experience levels.

6. Should be graduate or under graduate with good scores (above 60%)
